A manufacturing method for producing a cosmetic applicator brush is disclosed. The method comprises a first step of cutting and bending a plurality of wires, a second step of stacking a plurality of discs along the plurality of wires, a third step of twisting the plurality of wires to form a desired angle, and a fourth step of coining and cutting the plurality of wires to produce the cosmetic applicator brush. The movement among the first step, the second step, the third step, and the fourth step is done via a conveyer belt system. All of the first step, the second step, the third step, and the fourth step are performed by a single machine or system.
The present invention is directed to a cosmetic applicator brush comprising a plurality of discs assembled relative to one another with each disc having a body with a plurality of bristles or combs extending radially therefrom, a conical, and a plurality of wires, where the plurality of wires pass through a wire passage of each of the plurality of discs, and the plurality of discs are stacked or linked without any angular offset or with a uniform angular offset so that alignment of bristles for the stacked discs is uniform. The conical is injection molded with the plurality of wires, and a top portion of the cosmetic applicator brush has the conical. After the plurality of discs are stacked or linked, the plurality of wires are twisted at a bottom portion of the cosmetic applicator brush so that the discs are securely linked or stacked.

A cosmetic applicator comprises a grip, a holder shaft that extends from the grip, the holder shaft comprising a longitudinal axis, an applicator region, one end of the applicator region being connected to a ball stud, and a buffer element that is disposed inside the holder shaft and is in contact with one end of the ball stud. The applicator region pivots at a desired angle of up to 90 around the longitudinal axis, and is adjusted to any desired angles and any directions off the longitudinal axis. The ball stud is connected to the holder shaft. The holder shaft comprises an eye which acts as a socket for the ball stud to fit securely into and allows adjustments to be made in any direction.
A cosmetic applicator is provided. The cosmetic applicator comprises a grip, a holder shaft that extends from the grip, an applicator region that is connected to the holder shaft by means of an articulation, and a ball stud. The applicator region pivots at a desired angle of up to 90 arounds its axis, and is adjusted to any desired angles off a longitudinal axis of the cosmetic applicator in any direction around the axis, and the ball stud has a stopper or a protrusion at the opposite end.
The present invention is directed to a cosmetic applicator brush comprising a plurality of columns, and a shaft. The shaft comprises a plurality of opening parts around a circumference of the shaft, and the plurality of opening parts are spaced around the circumference in a radial direction of the shaft. Each of the plurality of columns comprises bristles or combs. Each of bristles or combs has a projecting part, which are inserted into the plurality of columns with an equal distance or different distances among them. A number of the plurality of opening parts around the circumference of the shaft is both even and odd number. The plurality of columns are inserted into the opening parts of the shaft irregularly to show the zigzag effect of the cosmetic applicator brush.
