Abstract

A speed governor (20) for an air motor (10) adjusts the rotational speed of the air motor. The speed governor (20) is provided with a governor rod (21), a governor valve (22), a biasing means (23), pressing means (24, 25), and adjusting means (26, 27). The governor valve is provided in such a manner as to be movable along the axis of the governor rod, and increases or decreases the flow rate of a compressed gas to be supplied to the air motor. The biasing means abuts the governor valve at one axial end part thereof, and biases the governor valve in the valve opening direction in which the supply flow rate increases. The pressing means generate a drag force which increases as the rotational speed of the air motor increases, and press, against the biasing force of the biasing means biasing the governor valve, the governor valve in the valve closing direction in which the supply flow rate decreases. The adjusting means adjust the biasing force. As a result, the maximum speed of the air motor can be easily reset.

Abstract

Provided are: an impact fastening tool which prevents a torque detector from missing a signal and extends service life by adopting a fixed connector that prevents the trouble of being instantaneously separated (bounced) from a rotating electrode by intermittent impacts and has a shape allowing the progression of friction to be delayed structurally; and a torque tester. Both end portions of the fixed connector are fixed, and at least two protrusion portions are formed between the both end portions. The rotating electrode is disposed between one protrusion portion and the other protrusion portion such that the rotating electrode contacts the fixed connector at two or more points or in a line form. A signal required for the torque detecting means is transmitted through the contact between the rotating electrode and the fixed connector.

Abstract

An impact tightening tool (1), including a rotating part (2), angular acceleration detection means (3), torque value calculation means (4), and a storage section (5), wherein: the rotating part (2) includes a rotary power source (21), an impact tightening generation mechanism (22), and an output shaft (23); the angular acceleration detection means (3) is configured to detect an angular acceleration value of the rotary power source (21); the torque value calculation means (4) is configured to calculate an actual torque approximate value of the output shaft (23) by using an approximation formula stored in the storage section (5); and the approximation formula stored in the storage section (5) is a formula which correlates an angular acceleration value detected by the angular acceleration detection means (3) at the time of torque transmission to a screw with an actual torque value of the output shaft (23) at the time of torque transmission to the screw, and is a formula based on a torque measured value of the output shaft (23) measured before the torque transmission to the screw.

Abstract

Disclosed is an impact-type fastening tool in which impact energy produces heat etc., and a reduction in the product lifespan etc. is prevented. Also provided is an impact-type fastening tool in which working oil can be quickly returned into a liner chamber, and a main shaft can be supported relatively stably. The former impact-type fastening tool comprises: a motor; a rotary member for imparting an impact force to a main shaft; and a first bearing part for rotatably supporting the rotary member. The latter impact-type fastening tool comprises: a motor; a hydraulic pulse generating mechanism for applying an intermittent impact to a main shaft by means of hydraulic pressure which supports the main shaft inside the liner that is filled with working oil and which is produced by relative rotation of the liner and the main shaft; and an automatic stop mechanism for stopping the motor using the pressure of the working oil; and the rear end section of the main shaft is rotatably supported with a clearance in a shaft hole formed in the liner, and has portions where the clearance becomes relatively larger and smaller.

Abstract

An electric impact tightening tool in which the rotation of an output section of an electric motor is transmitted to an impact generation section (P) and impact force generated in the impact generation section (P) causes a main shaft (107) to produce strong torque, where the electric motor is an outer rotor electric motor (M). The outer rotor electric motor (M) has low-speed, high-torque characteristics. In the tool, the impact generation section (P) and a rotor flange (61) at the forward end of the motor (M) are adapted to rotate integrally. The electric impact tightening tool is small sized and lightweight, produces low reaction force, and has durability.
