Abstract

A brake control oil circuit comprising at least one actuating component (1), one proportional valve component (3), and a control component (5). The actuating component (1) comprises an actuating mechanism (11) and a valve body (12). The actuating mechanism (11) comprises a rod-filled cavity (111), a rod-free cavity (112), a first pressure sensor (113), a second pressure sensor (114), a displacement sensor (115), and a piston rod (116) of the rod-filled cavity (111). An oil inlet (121) of the valve body (12) is set as connected to a primary pressure oil circuit (2). An oil return port (124) of the valve body (12) is set as connected to an oil return circuit (4). A first working oil port (122) of the valve body (12) is connected with the rod-filled cavity (111). A second working oil port (123) of the valve body (12) is connected to the rod-free cavity (112). The proportional valve component (3) is arranged between the oil return port (124) of the valve body (12) and the oil return circuit (4). The proportional valve component (3) comprises a proportional valve (31). An oil inlet (311) of the proportional valve (31) is connected to the oil return port (124) of the valve body (12). Both a first working oil port (321) of the proportional valve (31) and an oil return port (314) of the proportional valve (31) are set as connected to the oil return circuit (4). Also, the control component (5) is connected to the valve body (12) and the proportional valve component (3).

Abstract

A machine hinge vertical compression mould clamping mechanism comprises a mould clamping cylinder assembly (1), a solid mould plate (2), a mould clamping pull rod (3), a movable mould plate (4), a machine hinge assembly (5), a tail plate (6), a thread mould adjustment assembly (7), and a mould shifting execution assembly (8). The mould clamping cylinder assembly is fixedly arranged on an outer side of the solid mould plate; the thread mould adjustment assembly is arranged on an outer side of the tail plate; the movable mould plate is arranged between the tail plate and the solid mould plate and is connected with the tail plate through the machine hinge assembly. One end of the mould clamping pull rod penetrates through the tail plate so as to form threaded connection with the thread mould adjustment assembly; and the other end of the mould clamping pull rod penetrates through the solid mould plate so as to form movable fit connection with the mould clamping cylinder assembly in a manner of a mould clamping cylinder piston rod and form a mould clamping cylinder. The mould shifting execution assembly is arranged on the tail plate and forms movable connection with the machine hinge assembly. A code mould face of the solid mould plate is sequentially milled to be microsized from the center to the outer side so as to form a micro step face. According to the machine hinge vertical compression mould clamping mechanism, high speed and high efficiency mould shifting can be implemented, energy consumption is lower, mould adjustment is smoother, mould clamping precision is high, and production precision is greatly improved.
