Abstract

The invention relates to synthetic grafts and their use in bone diseases. In particular, the invention relates to porous composite scaffolds comprising a ceramic phase and a biopolymer phase, which composite scaffold is non- immunogenic, osteoinductive, osteoconductive and osteogenic.
