Abstract

The present invention relates to a traffic information providing system and a method thereof. Provided, according to the present invention, is an image-based traffic information providing system comprising: a collection unit for collecting a first image and a second image which are respectively captured at two mutually different spots; an image processing unit for recognizing at least one character in the respective numbers of vehicles, the vehicles being detected from each of the first image and the second image, and extracting properties of the vehicles; and a determining unit for, on the basis of the character information recognized from each of the detected vehicles and the extracted property information, determining whether the vehicles are the same vehicle, and providing same. According to the present invention, an effect may be expected whereby, on the basis of property information of vehicles and character information of the respective numbers thereof, which are each acquired by analyzing images captured at two mutually different spots on a road, the determining of whether the vehicles respectively at each of the two spots are the same vehicle may be carried out with high accuracy, and reliability in determining a same vehicle may be greatly improved.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for managing a vehicle and a method therefor. Abstract

The present invention relates to a system for managing a livestock farm and a method therefor. The system for managing a livestock farm according to the present invention, which manages access of a vehicle into a certain livestock farm, comprises: an information acquisition unit for acquiring information on a vehicle accessing the present livestock farm; and an access determination unit for determining whether to allow the vehicle to access the farm by checking, from a certain management server, biosecurity grades of previously visited livestock farms corresponding to the vehicle information. The present invention effectively controls access of the vehicle into the present livestock farm on the basis of a result of comparing the biosecurity grades of the previously visited livestock farms obtained from a visiting history of the vehicle with the biosecurity grade of the present livestock farm. As such, it is possible to enhance biosecurity management efficiency, and induce a livestock farm to maintain a high grade of biosecurity, thereby maintaining the biosecurity of the livestock farm more stably.

The present invention relates to a smart parking management system and a method therefor. The present invention relates to a license plate number input device and a method therefor.
