Abstract

This anti-vibration structure for a rotating body (2) comprises: the rotating body (2) which is cylindrical, which has an axis of rotation (X), and which comprises an opening (7a) provided at one end in a direction running along the axis of rotation (X) and a hollow part (7) that continues from the opening (7a) and is provided along the axis of rotation (X); a weight member (12) disposed in the hollow part (7); a plurality of elastic members (24, 25) for retaining the weight member (12); and a head member (4) that blocks off the opening (7a) and is connected to the rotating body (2) coaxially with the axis of rotation (X). The opening (7a) and the hollow part (7) have a cross-section in a circular shape centered on the axis of rotation (X). The weight member (12) has a cylindrical columnar shape, and is retained so as to be coaxial with the axis of rotation (X). The head member (4) is configured so that a cutting tool (5) can be attached to the side opposite the side connected to the rotating body (2). Provided is a tool-shape measurement device capable of detecting an abnormality in the shape of a tool equipped with a plurality of blade tips by using a simple configuration. By using a change in the state of output of the line sensors 8 that accompanies rotation of the tool 4, a calculation unit 21 identifies the position of the outline of the tool 4 on the basis of the second-region center position, when the number of sensor elements included in the second region is the minimum number possible.

Abstract

A joint unit comprises a lock mechanism in which a ball-like joint section provided at the base end of an arm is housed in a holder formed at an end of a cylindrical case. As the joint section is brought into pressed contact against an inner surface of the holder, the lock mechanism locks a pivotal angle. In the lock mechanism, in response to a manual operation of a knob, a bolt is caused to project into the case and this pressing force is transmitted to a roller-like first pressing body and then to a second pressing body placed in contact therewith. Abstract

It is an object of the invention to provide a tap holder in which even when an error is brought about in synchronizing spindle feeding and rotation of a tapper body and a tap collet of a tap holder in correspondence with a machine tool spindle, the synchronization can be established by absorbing the error by a simple constitution. As means therefor, the tap holder is characterized in that a tapper body and a tap collet are inserted by a locking member at portions of the tapper body and the tap collet overlapping each other, and the tap collet is fixed to the tapper body by engaging the locking member with at least one of the tap collet and the tapper body in a state of being interposed with an elastic member on both sides thereof in an axial direction X.

Abstract


It is an object of the invention to provide a tap
holder in which even when an error is brought about in
synchronizing spindle feeding and rotation of a tapper
body and a tap collet of a tap holder in correspondence
with a machine tool spindle, the synchronization can be
established by absorbing the error by a simple
constitution. As means therefor, the tap holder is
characterized in that a tapper body and a tap collet are
inserted by a locking member at portions of the tapper
body and the tap collet overlapping each other, and the
tap collet is fixed to the tapper body by engaging the
locking member with at least one of the tap collet and the
tapper body in a state of being interposed with an elastic
member on both sides thereof in an axial direction.
