Abstract

Disclosed are a dust separation device and an intelligent control system comprising same. The dust separation device comprises a dust suction unit (1) having a fan, an inertial separation unit, a centrifugal separation unit and a filtering separation unit (3). The dust suction unit (1), the inertial separation unit, the centrifugal separation unit and the filtering separation unit (3) are connected in series sequentially and form a horizontal structure integrally. The inertial separation unit and the centrifugal separation unit are in communication in the axial direction horizontally to form an inertial centrifugal separation unit (2). A dust collecting box (4) is in communication with the inertial centrifugal separation unit (2) beneath. The filtering separation unit (3) comprises a dust collecting vessel (302). The intelligent control system comprises the above-mentioned dust separation device and an intelligent control unit. The advantages of the dust separation device are that: the dust removing efficiency is high, the emission concentration is low, the dust removing effect is good, the filter screen is not easy to block, the dust in the dust box is easy to clear up, the equipment has a small volume and is easy to move, the working noise is low, the output power of the motor is constant at a nominal power, the fan efficiency is constant at a highest designed efficiency, and the operating process can be intelligently controlled.
