The second oil cylinder (9) drives the linearly-stretching mechanism to be raised upwards and aslope or drives the linearly-stretching mechanism to move downwards and then to be perpendicular to the ground. The linearly-stretching mechanism drives the travelling component to be retracted upwards or drives the travelling component to move downwards and then to be in contact with the ground. In the travelling mechanism for a bridge detection vehicle and the bridge detection vehicle, the second oil cylinder (9) drives the linearly-stretching mechanism to be raised upwards and aslope or drives the linearly-stretching mechanism to move downwards and then to be perpendicular to the ground, so that the travel distance of the linearly-stretching mechanism is reduced compared with the prior art; the travel distance of the linearly-stretching mechanism is small and the linearly-stretching mechanism is mounted under the vehicle frame, thereby avoiding the problem of affected rotary space of an upper vehicle due to the excessively great travel distance of a single oil cylinder for reaching a raise height.

Abstract

Disclosed is an automatic supplying pressure compensation system, comprising a switch control device (1), an oil supply device (2), a pressure compensation device (3) capable of real-time detection of the variation of inner cavity pressure thereof, and a power unit (4) associated with the pressure compensation device (3), the pressure compensation device (3) supplying oil to the power unit (4). The switch control device (1) refers to the detection result of the pressure compensation device (3), and if the inner cavity pressure is smaller than the pre-set first threshold value, the oil supply device (2) is triggered to supply oil to the pressure compensation device (3); if the inner cavity pressure is larger than the pre-set first threshold value, the oil supply device (2) is triggered to stop supplying oil to the pressure compensation device (3). The automatic supplying pressure compensation system is able to detect in real time the inner cavity pressure of the pressure compensation device (3) and automatically supply oil, and thus can effectively provide pressure compensation to the power unit (4).

Abstract

A power apparatus, slotter drive device and slotter, comprising a motor, a motor mounting base and a transmission shaft; the motor mounting base has an inner cavity and a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole respectively provided at both ends of the inner cavity; the motor is mounted on the upper portion of the motor mounting base, and forms a sealed connection with the motor mounting base; the motor output shaft of the motor extends into the inner cavity through the first mounting hole; one end of the transmission shaft extends into the inner cavity through the second mounting hole, and is in a drive connection with the motor output shaft; a sealed connection is formed between the middle of the transmission shaft and the second mounting hole; the other end of the transmission shaft extends to the outside of the second mounting hole. The power apparatus seals a motor oil drainage cavity by sealing a motor mounting base, thus improving loading capacity of a lip-seal-free motor without changing the structure of the motor.
