Abstract
The present disclosure relates to the field of engineering machinery, and provides an engineering vehicle cooling system, which is used for realizing on-demand cooling of engineering vehicles. The engineering vehicle cooling system comprises an engine cooling system (1), a hydraulic cooling system (2), a transmission cooling system (3) and an air conditioning cooling system (4). The engine cooling system (1) comprises an engine (11), a cooling fan (12) and a heat dissipation assembly (13), the engine (11) being in driving connection with the cooling fan (12). The hydraulic cooling system (2) comprises a hydraulic system (21) and a first electronic fan (22) configured to cool the hydraulic system (21). The transmission cooling system (3) comprises a transmission system (31) and a second electronic fan (32). The air conditioning cooling system (4) comprises an air conditioning system (41) and a third electronic fan (42). The first electronic fan (22), the second electronic fan (32) and the third electronic fan (42) are distributed around the cooling fan (12), so that on-demand cooling of the engine, the hydraulic system, the transmission system and the air conditioning system is realized. The present disclosure further relates to an engineering vehicle and a cooling method therefor.

Abstract
An ink composition, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The ink composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12-17 parts of epoxidized natural rubber ENR-25, 5-10 parts of a modified alkyd resin, 2-3 parts of a coupling agent, 1-3 parts of a fluorine-containing resin, 8-10 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 2-15 parts of a pigment, 1-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 30-50 parts of a solvent, 0.5-1.5 parts of an anti-settling agent, 5-10 parts of a self-made anti-aging elastomer and 1-2 parts of an anti-aging agent. The ink composition contains the anti-aging elastomer, such that the adhesiveness, anti-foaming property and anti-aging property of the ink can be enhanced. The ink composition can be printed on dynamically used rubber products such as tires, has a high adhesive force, is not prone to falling off and has good aging resistance.

Disclosed in the present disclosure is a fire truck, relating to the technical field of high-altitude fire fighting, and being used for improving the high-altitude fire extinguishing capability of the fire truck. The fire truck comprises a truck body, an arm support, a supporting platform, an unmanned aerial vehicle, a transferring pipeline and a water hose. The truck body is constructed to be walkable; the arm support is mounted on the truck body; the supporting platform is mounted at a tail end of the arm support; the unmanned aerial vehicle is mounted on the supporting platform; the transferring pipeline is mounted on the arm support; and one end of the water hose is in fluid communication with the transferring pipeline, and the other end of the water hose is detachably connected to the unmanned aerial vehicle. With the fire truck provided in the technical solution, high-altitude fire extinguishing at a higher height is realized. In addition, under the same fire extinguishing height requirement, the length of the water hose dragged by the unmanned aerial vehicle is shorter, and the load of the unmanned aerial vehicle is smaller, such that a fire extinguishing agent with a large flow rate can be used for fire extinguishing, and the fire extinguishing capacity can be improved.

The method for controlling vibration of a boom comprises: acquiring a first input signal of a handle; performing input shaping on the first input signal, and obtaining a second input signal, the second input signal being used to limit a residual vibration amplitude ratio of a boom to be no greater than a residual vibration amplitude ratio threshold; determining, according to the second input signal and a maximum flow rate of a hydraulic actuator used to drive actuation of the boom, a flow rate demand signal of the hydraulic actuator; determining, according to the flow rate demand signal and a flow rate compensation function, an input voltage signal of a flow rate control valve connected to the hydraulic actuator, wherein the flow rate compensation function is an inverse function of a flow rate characteristic curve function of the flow rate control valve; and controlling actuation of the flow rate control valve according to the input voltage signal.
The present disclosure relates to a foam uniform-mixing pipe, a mixed foam fire-extinguishing system, a control method therefor, and a fire fighting truck. The foam uniform-mixing pipe comprises: a main uniform-mixing pipe for mixing a mixed foam solution F with a foaming medium to generate foam F'; and a foaming medium filling pipe for filling the foaming medium into the main uniform-mixing pipe, with an output segment thereof being inserted into an inner cavity of the main uniform-mixing pipe and extending in a direction consistent with the direction of extension of the main uniform-mixing pipe, a tip of the output segment thereof being sealed, and a side wall thereof being provided with a foaming medium output hole. Based on the described technical solution, the embodiments of the present disclosure at least solve the problem of insufficient blowing pressure of an aerial apparatus.
