The plug element includes a valve for closing the inlet of the outlet tube in a neutral coupled position, resilient arms and a plunger rod for connecting the resilient arms to the valve. The resilient arms are unreleasably coupled to the spout. In a neutral coupled position, the plug element extends away from the outlet tube and the resilient arms are pre-tensioned to exert a force on the valve, to close the inlet of the outlet tube with the valve. The resilient arms move the valve away from the inlet upon compression of the resilient arms to release the inlet.
A spout-cap unit is provided. The spout-cap unit includes a spout including a sealboat, an outlet tube, a retaining member and a cap for closing the outlet tube in a closed position. The spout and the cap are tethered together via at least one tethering member to form the spout-cap unit, the tethering member is connected to the spout at one end and to the cap at the opposite end. The cap is releasable from the outlet tube and can be brought into a released state. In the released state, the cap and the spout remain tethered via the tethering member. The tethering member allows the cap to be moved to a retaining position away from the outlet of the outlet tube. The cap or tethering member can be coupled with the retaining member of the spout for retaining the cap at the retaining position.
