Abstract

The invention relates to a vacuum pump designed as a mono-vane cell pump, comprising a stator ring with windings, a rotor and a vane which divides a working chamber formed between the stator and a rotor into working cells having different volumes. Inside the stator ring, a magnetic ring with a running ring, on which the vane is securely connected on one side, is rotationally mounted with respect to the rotor.
