Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a general purpose combine in which clogging by crops and the like inside a reaping unit can be resolved by reverse driving of the reaping unit side thereof. This combine is provided with a traveling machine body and a reaping unit, which is connected on the front of the traveling machine body so that the unit can be raised and lowered. A reaping transmission shaft, to which power from an engine is transmitted, is provided on the front of the traveling machine body. The reaping unit has: a reaping input shaft, which is provided side by side with the reaping transmission shaft in the up-down direction and inputs power to the reaping unit; and a forward-reverse switching device for transmitting power from the reaping transmission shaft to the reaping input shaft. The forward-reverse switching device is configured to switch between a forward state in which forward power is transmitted to the reaping input shaft from the reaping transmission shaft via a transmission path and a reverse state in which reverse power is transmitted. The forward-reverse switching device is disposed on the side of the traveling machine body towards the end of the reaping transmission shaft.

Abstract

A sash member is secured to a first frame member and a second frame member (35) in a first position and a second position positioned on one side and another side sandwiching a plurality of threshing teeth (15) in the circumferential direction, and is secured to a third frame member (36) in a third position positioned between the first position and the second position in the circumferential direction via a securing member in which a first slot that extends in the radial direction is formed. The cross-sectional area (G) intersecting the third frame member (36) in the axial direction is smaller than the cross-sectional area (H) intersecting each of the first frame member and the second frame member (35) in the axial direction. The weight of the third frame member (36) is thereby reduced, and it is possible to obtain a threshing cylinder 11 that can be driven with a low drive force.

Abstract

The present invention is provided with: a traveling machine body (2) supported by a travel device (5, 6); a steering unit (13) for steering the traveling machine body (2); and a lifting device (16) for lifting and lowering a work machine (3). On a coordinate system in which the position of the traveling machine body (2) at the start of turning is defined as the origin, the right-left direction of the traveling machine body (2) as a horizontal axis (X), and the front-rear direction of the traveling machine body (2) as a vertical axis (Y), a control unit (52) sets a work machine descent initiation line that extends in parallel to the horizontal axis (X). The control unit (52) further calculates the coordinates of the traveling machine body (2) on the basis of a steering operation performed by the steering unit (13) and a travel distance covered by the travel device (2), and is capable of executing turning control in which descent of the work machine (3) is initiated by the lifting device (16) when the traveling machine body (2) reaches the work machine descent initiation line while the turning of the travel machine body (2) has been completed.

Abstract

The present invention is provided with: a target area setting unit 22 that sets a target area within a captured image ahead of a vehicle; a template image generation unit 23 that generates, from an image of the target area, a plurality of template images different in magnification; a yaw angle detection unit 25 that detects a matching area, in the captured image, which matches the template image at the highest matching degree, and detects the yaw angle of the vehicle on the basis of a difference between the position of the matching area and the position of the moving vehicle in a front direction; and a steering control unit 26 that controls the steering of the vehicle on the basis of the detected yaw angle. Traveling is controlled by utilizing the image of the target area set ahead of the vehicle. Even when the size of an object shown in the captured image is gradually increased as the vehicle advances, high-accuracy matching is maintained with the template image at any magnification, and the vehicle can be caused to travel linearly and accurately.

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rotary tiller which is connected to a rear part of a travelling machine such that an efficient tilling operation can be carried out, and tilling claws are less likely to be mounted at incorrect positions despite the complexity of the arrangement thereof. In the present invention, a plurality of mounting brackets 28 on which tilling claws 9 are mounted are disposed in the axial direction of a tilling shaft 8. The adjacent mounting brackets 28 are arranged out of phase from each other in the axial rotation direction of the tilling shaft 8. A reference mounting part 81A to which the same type of tilling claw 9 is mounted is formed in each of the mounting brackets 28. Each of the mounting brackets 28 has a concave cutout mark 79 on a reference mounting part 81A side of a peripheral edge part thereof, the mark 79 being disposed on the exterior side of the reference mounting part 81A in the radial direction of the tilling shaft 8.

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a grain thresher in which the fin opening degree of a swinging selector and the rotational speed of a blower fan are controlled to perform an efficient selection process, wherein the number of times the rotational speed of the blower fan is switched is reduced to lessen the load, and the control specifics are also simplified. The present invention includes a detection sensor 66 for detecting a physical quantity and a control unit 50. The control unit 50 increases the rotational speed of the blower fan 23 when the physical quantity detected by the detection sensor 66 exceeds a fan speed increase value Q2, which is a predetermined threshold, and the control unit 50 increases the fin opening degree and sets the fan speed increase value Q2 to be greater than a fin adjustment value Q1, which is a predetermined threshold, when the detected physical quantity exceeds the fin adjustment value Q1.

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a transplanting machine which alternatively executes planting start control for starting planting work using a planting work machine, and planting position control for controlling a planting start position in order to form a headland with a constant width by the planting work machine starting the planting work after having reached a preset headland width from a ridge edge, and which enables an operation tool for executing the planting position control to be provided inexpensively. The present invention is provided with a planting work machine 6, a planting clutch, a travel distance detection means 66 for detecting a travel distance, and a control unit 50 for executing work machine operation control for controlling the up-and-down motion and on/off of driving of the planting work machine 6. The control unit 50 selectively executes planting start control for starting planting driving of the planting work machine 6, and planting position control for starting planting work after a travel distance from a ridge edge has reached a preset headland width, on the basis of distinguishable different operation commands from a work machine operation tool 18 for performing the up-and-down operation of the planting work machine 6 and the engagement/disengagement operation of the planting clutch.
