Abstract

The invention relates to a system and a method for obtaining fibres (40) from feedstock (20) containing lignocellulose, more particularly from straw, having: a digester (5) for pretreating the feedstock (20) under the effect of heat, pressure and moisture; a refiner (7) for fiberising the pretreated feedstock (20) by means of two refiner tools (9, 10) which rotate coaxially in the refiner housing relative to one another and form a grinding gap (11); and a conveying device (6) for conveying the pretreated feedstock (20) from the digester (5) to the refiner (7). The conveying device (6) comprises a screw conveyor (14) having a screw trough (23) and an endless screw (48), circulating therein, with at least one screw flight (29), which opens axially into the refiner (7) via an inlet opening (26) in the refiner housing. To counteract material particles being released from the remaining feedstock, the invention proposes that the endless screw (48) of the screw conveyor (14) is driven at a rotational speed of at least 400 rpm, preferably 500 rpm or more. In this way, the feedstock (29) can be fed to the refiner as a uniform material stream.

Abstract

A device for comminuting pourable feedstock as well as a method for opening a device of this type. The device includes a housing, which encloses a comminution chamber, in which a rotor rotating around a rotation axis is arranged, the rotor being equipped with rotor tools over its circumference. A sieve holder, whose sieve extends along a circumferential section of the rotor, is used to separate the sufficiently comminuted material. The feedstock supplied to the rotor via a material infeed is removed from the device via a material discharge after being sufficiently comminuted. To improve accessibility to the interior of the device, it is proposed that, to open the housing, the sieve holder is pivotable around a first pivot axis from a closed first position into an open second position and additionally around a second pivot axis into a third position.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device (1) for producing a web material, more particularly a web material containing plant fibers, the device comprising a first press belt and a second press belt, which press belts can circulate. Each of said press belt is disposed around at least two circulation cylinders, at least one of which can be driven at least indirectly by means of a controller (9). The device has a lubricant-dispensing apparatus (10), which is suitable for at least indirectly forming a lubricating film (11) having a lubricating-film thickness on the inner surface of the first and second press belts. The device has at least one sensor (14, 15), which is suitable for determining a lubricating-film thickness of the lubricating film. High-quality belt lubrication should be provided, more particularly also over a long period of time, with at least largely constant lubrication properties, for the operation of a device for producing a web material, more particularly a web material containing plant fibers, which belt lubrication is to be economically maintained during the operation of the device. For this purpose, it is proposed that the controller (9) is suitable for calculating an average lubricating-film thickness from at least two results of the sensor (14, 15) which are obtained with a temporal offset and to determine a lubrication volume in accordance with said average lubricating-film thickness, and that the controller is designed such that the lubricant-dispensing apparatus (10) outputs a certain proportion of the determined lubricant volume, more particularly between 5% and 350% of the determined lubricant volume, within a designated period of time, more particularly within a time interval, for example 24 hours. The invention also relates to a method for producing a web material, more particularly a web material containing plant fibers.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a component from a fiber composite material (2), comprising the steps of: • introducing a plurality of layers (10, 11) of fibers impregnated with a matrix on an inner mould (3) within a mould space (9) formed between the inner mould (3) and an outer mold (4), • placing a membrane (6) sealed against the outer mould on the fibers impregnated with the matrix in such a way that a cavity (7) forms between the outer mould (4) and the membrane (6), which cavity extends along the lateral surface of the outer mould, and • subjecting the cavity (7) to a temperature-controllable pressure fluid at a temperature greater than the melting point of the matrix and at a pressure greater than the ambient pressure such that the temperature-controllable pressure fluid acts with the pressure onto the membrane. In order to produce a component having at least one reinforcing layer, which has a particularly smooth, stepless surface, it is proposed that at least one reinforcing layer (11), which has a smaller extension and fibers aligned predominantly in a parallel manner, is placed locally on a part of the side of a base layer (10) facing the outer mould (4). Subsequently, a membrane (6) having an average roughness depth of less than 1.0 μm, preferably less than 0.1 μm, exerts a set pressure on the component (2) in the cavity.
