Abstract
The invention relates to a light guide plate (2, 2.1), in particular a light guide web plate (2, 2.1), comprising a first layer (4, 4.1) and at least one second layer (6, 6.1), wherein the first layer (4, 4.1) is connected to the second layer (6, 6.1) by means of a plurality of web-shaped connecting elements (8), wherein at least one web-shaped connecting element (8) is modified in such a way that the web-shaped connecting element (8) has at least one predeterminable transmittance property and the web-shaped connecting elements (8) are connected to the first layer (4, 4.1) and the second layer (6, 6.1) in such a way that the first layer (4, 4.1) can be displaced relative to the second layer (6, 6.1) in at least one longitudinal direction, wherein the position of the web-shaped connecting elements (8) with respect to the first layer (4, 4.1) and the second layer (6, 6.1) can be uniformly changed by the relative displacement, wherein the light guide plate can be produced by means of extrusion.

Abstract
The present invention therefore provides for the use of a light-diffusing polycarbonate sheet based on a composition comprising A) 99.9 to 80% by weight of polycarbonate and B) 0.1 to 20% by weight of diffusing pigment selected from at least one from the group of the silicone resins and the acrylate resins as a light cover, preferably in LED light applications.
