The length (L) of the linear connecting section (3) is greater than or equal to the diameter of the lamp tube and is smaller than or equal to the coil diameter (D) of the last coil of the main body section (1). The energy-saving fluorescent lamp comprises the double helix energy-saving fluorescent lamp tube (11) and a lamp base (12). A lamp tube connector (5) is provided on the upper end surface of the lamp base. A connecting hole (6) for inserting the linear pin section is provided on the lamp tube connector (5). The interior of the lamp tube connector (5) is provided with an adhesive (8) for fixedly connecting the double helix energy-saving fluorescent lamp tube (11) and the lamp base (12). During the manufacturing and sealing process of the lamp tube (11), the head of the electrode does not easily touch the inner surface of the glass tube, thus increasing the product quality acceptance rate.
