The present invention relates to the technical field of seamless pipe machining, and in particular to a preparation method for a nickel-molybdenum corrosion-resistant alloy seamless pipe and the prepared seamless pipe. The weight proportions of components of the nickel-molybdenum corrosion-resistant alloy are: C≤0.01%, Si≤0.10%, Mn≤3.0%, Cr≤3.0%, Mo (26.0-32.0)%, Ni≥65.0%, W≤3.0%, with the balance being trace elements. According to the present invention, a process of cladding hot extrusion in combination with cold rolling is used, and a machining process is optimized, so that the outer diameter of the prepared nickel-molybdenum corrosion-resistant alloy seamless pipe is generally not larger than 100 mm, the wall thickness is not larger than 8 mm, and the pipe structure has good uniformity, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance, and high yield, can be used in the fields of chemistry, petrochemistry, energy manufacturing, pollution control, etc., and has wide market application prospects. High-strength CO2 corrosion-resistant stainless steel, an oil casing, and a preparation method therefor. The stainless steel comprises: C≤0.1%, 0.1%≤Si≤0.5%, 1.5%≤Mn≤5%, 16.5%≤Cr≤25.0%, 8.0%≤Ni≤20.0%, 1.5%≤Mo≤5%, 0.01%≤Al≤0.10%, 0.30%≤Cu≤0.45%, Co≤0.5%, 0.01%≤W≤2.00%, 0.05%≤N≤0.3%, and 0.05%≤Re≤0.10%, the balance being Fe and other unavoidable impurities. The components meet the conditions of: Creq/Nieq<2.0 and PREN≥25, where Nieq is the nickel equivalent, Creq is the chromium equivalent, and PREN is the pitting resistance equivalent. AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL, AND SEAMLESS STEEL ELBOW, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
A coincidence site lattice (CSL) grain boundary austenitic stainless steel, and a seamless steel elbow and a manufacturing method therefor. The austenitic stainless steel comprises: 0.03%≤C≤0.06%, 19.0%≤Cr≤20.0%, 9.5%≤Ni≤11.0%, and the other components being raw materials satisfying ASME SA213M-TP304 standard requirements. The interior of the austenitic stainless steel contains a CSL grain boundary structure. By simultaneously controlling the content of carbon and a solution heat treatment temperature, the formation of a CSL structure in the austenitic stainless steel can be accurately controlled, so that the corrosion-resistant effect of the TP304 austenitic stainless steel is greatly improved compared with existing TP304 austenitic stainless steel, and the TP304 austenitic stainless steel has a higher corrosion-resistant effect when being used as a ship structure material, and thus, the TP304 austenitic stainless steel can be used for manufacturing a corrosion-resistant seamless steel elbow in the ship structure material.

Abstract
A high-strength and high-corrosion-resistant oil well pipe steel, and a preparation method therefor, which belong to the technical field of corrosion-resistant steel, and solve the problems of the high cost of oil well pipe steel in the prior art, and the difficulty in taking both high strength and high corrosion resistance into consideration. The preparation method for an oil well pipe steel includes: step 1: smelting a metal raw material into molten steel; step 2: smelting the molten steel into a continuous casting blank or a cast ingot; step 3: forging and cogging the continuous casting blank or the cast ingot to prepare a forged blank, and hot-rolling the forged blank into a hot-rolled plate; and step 4: subjecting the hot-rolled plate to solid solution treatment, performing quantitative cold rolling on the hot-rolled plate, which has been subjected to the solid solution treatment, by a deformation amount of 5-25%, and finally, preparing an oil well pipe steel having a mixed structure of three phases of ferrite + austenite + martensite. The oil well pipe steel prepared by means of the preparation method has a high strength, good ductility and toughness, and good corrosion resistance.

Abstract
A highly corrosion-resistant oil well steel pipe and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of corrosion-resistant steel, and used for solving the problems in the prior art of high alloy element content and high costs of an oil well steel pipe. The highly corrosion-resistant oil well steel pipe comprises the following components in percentage by mass: C: ≤0.03%; Cr: 17.3%-18.4%; Mo: 0.5%-2.0%; Ni: 1.0%-2.8%; Mn: 1.0%-3.5%; Si: 0.1%-0.5%; N: 0.1%-0.25%; P: ≤0.03%; S: ≤0.01%; and the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities. The oil well steel pipe has high strength, good plasticity and toughness, and excellent corrosion resistance.

SEALING STRUCTURE AND SEALING METHOD FOR ELECTROCHEMICAL SAMPLE USED IN HIGH-TEMPERATURE HIGH-PRESSURE AQUEOUS SOLUTION ENVIRONMENT
A sealing structure and a sealing method for an electrochemical sample (1) used in a high-temperature high-pressure aqueous solution environment, related to the technical fields of electrochemical measurement of corrosion and material characterisation, the sealing structure comprising: a heat shrinkable sleeve (3) sleeved on and wrapping a wire (2), a support rod (5) for the placement of the wire (2) and providing a support function, and a heat shrinkable tube (6) wrapped around the outside of the sample (1), the support rod (5), and the heat shrinkable sleeve (3), the wire (2) being electrically connected to the sample (1), the bottom of the support rod (5) being in sealed contact with the sample (1), the heat shrinkable sleeve (3) and the heat shrinkable tube (6) being made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, and the support rod (5) being made of polyether ether ketone material. By means of a simple process, an electrochemical working electrode capable of use in high-temperature high-pressure aqueous solution environments can be prepared, the operations being easy to execute, and the problem of working electrode packaging in high-temperature high-pressure aqueous solution environments being solved. The metal wire (2) wrapped in heat shrinkable polytetrafluoroethylene and the polyether ether ketone rod (5) can be recycled, saving testing costs.
