Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of copper processing. Disclosed is a high-temperature flue gas utilization device for a furnace. The device comprises a preheating tank and a feeding mechanism. A lower end of the preheating tank is communicated with a feeding port of the furnace. The feeding mechanism is arranged above the preheating tank and conveys raw materials into the preheating tank. A plurality of layers of buffer mechanisms are arranged in layers up and down in the preheating tank. The buffer mechanisms each comprises a buffer member and a driving member. The driving members drive the buffer members to move, to enable raw materials on the buffer member of a former layer of buffer mechanisms to fall into the buffer member of a next layer of buffer mechanisms. A gap for a gas to pass through is provided between the buffer mechanisms and inner walls of the preheating tank. According to the above solution, the raw materials can be preheated by using the high-temperature flue gas generated by the furnace, so that the energy utilization rate in the production process is improved. In addition, according to the solution, the raw materials can be fed to the furnace in small quantities and many times by means of the plurality of buffer mechanisms, so that the adding speed and adding amount of the raw materials are conveniently and accurately controlled.

Abstract

A double-acting switch valve includes a mounting bracket and two mutually backup sealing assemblies disposed on the mounting bracket, each of the two sealing assemblies including a carbon rod and a carbon rod moving assembly, the carbon rod moving assembly being configured to translate, and elevate or lower the carbon rod so as to block or open a metal liquid channel between two metal liquid furnaces. Two sealing assemblies which are mutually replaceable, where when the carbon rod on one of the sealing assemblies is worn down, the other sealing assembly may take its place to block the metal liquid outlet again via the carbon rod; and then the worn-down carbon rod is renewed. This design eliminates the time taken for replacing the carbon rod and can reduce the amount of the metal liquid discharged via the metal liquid outlet during replacement of the carbon rod.

Abstract

A continuous casting cooling mold, relating to the field of horizontal continuous casting of copper and copper alloy rods, and comprising a graphite sleeve (1) provided with a plurality of pulling holes (11), and a cooling sleeve having a cooling liquid cavity. The graphite sleeve has a plate shape. The cooling sleeve has a plate shape and at least two are provided. Both sides of the plate surface of the graphite sleeve adhere to the cooling sleeve so as to cool the graphite sleeve. The cooling mold enables simultaneous extraction of five or more copper rods, greatly improving production efficiency. The cooling sleeve is assembled by joining, increasing the adaptability thereof.
