Abstract

An air current type pulverizing device according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a pulverizing part, which includes a plurality of fans respectively having a plurality of blades arranged at uniform intervals along the circumference of a rotary shaft so as to form one set such that the one set is arranged at one side and at the other side of the rotary shaft along the axial direction of the rotary shaft at a preset interval, and a tubular body part having fans arranged on the inner side thereof and having an inclined surface on the inner side at preset distances from the fans, and forms air currents in the body part through the rotation of the fans so as to make raw materials, which are inputted into the body part, collide with each other and become pulverized; and a recovery part connected to the pulverizing part so as to suction the pulverized materials from the pulverizing part and then filter and store the same. According to the present invention, the plurality of fans are arranged in the body part such that various kinds of raw materials can be pulverized into fine particles without limiting the size and shape of the particles possessed by the raw materials, and a path is formed inside the body part and cooling water is supplied thereto, such that the heat generated during the pulverizing is minimized, thereby preventing the deformation of ingredients of the raw materials.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for preparing whole bean curd. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a steam tank for stirring, heating, and then steaming a mixture of soybean powder and water; a heat generator for providing heat to the inside of the steam tank; a cooling tank for cooling the mixture of the soybean powder and water steamed in the steam tank; and a touch panel for generating a control signal according to an input of a user and displaying a control result, wherein the steam tank, the heat generator, the cooling tank, and the touch panel are integrally formed. The present invention integrates the steam tank, the heat generator, the cooling tank, and the touch panel to minimize the volume of the apparatus, thereby allowing the apparatus to be readily moved and a space for installation thereof to be secured.
