The glass holding portion comprises an aperture, a periphery of the aperture defining a bowl support edge adapted to abut an underside of a bowl of the stemmed glass. The glass holding portion also comprises a passage via which a stem of the stemmed glass is slidable into and out of the aperture. The resilient portion normally blocks the passage, but is moveable to enable the stem to be slid through the passage.
