The physical condition profile is based on the sit and stand periods associated with the user. Further, the system creates a sit and stand schedule for the user based on the calculated physical condition profile and transmits a signal to an electric motor connected with the height adjustable desk, to adjust the height of height adjustable desk according to the sit and stand schedule.
