[Problem] To provide a novel tetravalent platinum complex characterized by having a high anti-tumor activity on malignant tumors and has relatively reduced adverse side effects. [Solution] A tetravalent platinum dichloromalonic acid salt complex characterized by having cis, cis-spiro[4,4]nonane-1,6-diamine or an optical active diamine thereof, particularly (S,S,S)-cis, cis-spiro[4,4]nonane-1,6-diamine represented by formula (G), as a ligand.
C07C 211/38 - Compounds containing amino groups bound to a carbon skeleton having amino groups bound to carbon atoms of rings other than six-membered aromatic rings of a saturated carbon skeleton containing condensed ring systems
Provided is a novel metal complex having strong antitumor activity that is effective at a lower dose, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the metal complex. A novel metal complex having optically active N-(2-picolinoyl)spiro[4,4]nonane-1,6-diamine represented by the following general formula (A) as a ligand and a malignant tumor treatment agent containing this complex as an active ingredient are provided.
A novel gold complex which has potent antitumor activity and is effective when administered in a smaller amount, and a medicinal composition containing the complex. The gold complex includes, as a ligand, (R,R,R)-cis,cis-spiro[4,4]nonane-1,6-diamine, which is represented by stereostructural formula (A).

Disclosed is a new platinum complex, and medical compound containing same, which has strong antineoplastic activity and is efficacious at smaller doses. The platinum complex has a spiro [4,4]nonane-1,6-diamine represented by general formula (A) as the platinum complex’s ligand. (In the formula, X and Y are the same or different, and each represents a halogen atom, or X and Y jointly represent a bivalent residue represented by formula (Z).) Said platinum complex has strong antineoplastic activity and is efficacious as a therapeutic agent for malignant tumors.

Abstract
Disclosed is a transgenic silkworm which has a promoter for DNA encoding a protein expressed in a silk grand-specific manner and DNA encoding a recombinant antibody whose expression can be controlled directly or indirectly by the promoter, wherein the recombinant antibody is secreted into the silk gland. It is confirmed that the recombinant antibody produced into the silk gland of the transgenic silkworm has an activity.
