The construction element (1) comprises joining elements (4) at one or more peripheral edges (3) of the body (2), adapted for being covered with wall plastering (6) which is applied around the peripheral edges (3) for covering part of the building construction (5). The body (2) and the joining elements (4) are constructed in a reinforced wall plastering material.
