Abstract
The invention relates to a temperature control device (10) for a casting die (62), in particular a die-casting die, comprising a connection part (12) which has an inlet (16) and an outlet (34) for a temperature control medium, and comprising a heat transfer part (14) which can be inserted into a corresponding opening (70) in the casting die (62) and by way of which a heat exchange can be carried out between the temperature control medium and the casting die (62), wherein the heat transfer part (14) has a closed outer body (24).

Abstract
The invention relates to a method for heat-treating a cast component (10) made from an aluminium base alloy, in which method the cast component (10) is annealed at a predetermined annealing temperature (T1) for a predetermined annealing time (t1) in a first heat-transmission medium (14) and is then transferred to a water bath (20), the cast component (10), between the annealing stage and the transfer to the water bath (20), being transferred to a second heat-transmission medium (16) at a predetermined intermediate cooling temperature (T2) and being held there for a predetermined intermediate cooling period (t3).

Abstract
The invention relates to a method for the production of a cast component (10), in particular a die casting component, preferably made of an aluminum alloy, according to which the cast component (10) is at least partially subjected to a heat treatment following the molding process and the removal from the mold (12), wherein the heat treatment of the cast component (10) is begun within a period of up to 15 minutes after the removal from the mold (12). In addition, the invention relates to a device by which a cast component (10) is taken out of the mold (12) and transported into a heat treatment facility (28) by means of one and the same transport system (robot 24).

Abstract
The invention relates to an aluminum alloy, in particular a pressure casting alloy, preferably for a cast component of a motor vehicle, with the following alloy elements: 6.5 to ឬ9.5% by weight of silicon, 0.3 to 0.6% by weight of manganese, 0.15 to 0.35% by weight of iron, 0.02 to 0.6% by weight of magnesium, a maximum of 0.1% by weight of titanium, 90 to 180 ppm strontium and aluminum as the remainder, with a maximum of 0.05% by weight, and a total maximum of 0.2% by weight of production-related contaminants. The alloy is particularly suitable for the pressure casting of the cast components of a motor vehicle such as oil pans, for example.
