Abstract
The present invention provides a device for easily knowing the angular position when a valve is fully closed and the angular position when the valve is fully opened, for example, by means of a valve state monitoring device for remotely monitoring the state of the valve. A valve open/close position detection device according to the present disclosure comprises: a magnetic angle sensor that detects an operating angle of a valve on the basis of a magnetic field generated by a magnet that rotates in accordance with a rotating operation of the valve; and a processor. The processor can execute a program for open/close position learning by which a plurality of angles of the magnet rotated in accordance with valve opening and closing operations are determined and stored in a memory. The processor starts the program for open/close position learning when a predetermined time elapses from the occurrence of a state in which the magnetic angle sensor cannot detect the magnet.

Abstract
This valve condition diagnosis device specifically indicates a change in a valve operation state and a change prediction for the valve operation state. In the valve condition diagnosis device, when an angle sensor detects the operation of a valve, a processor executes: a step for acquiring, from the angle sensor, angle profiles of the operation of a valve; a step for making a histogram of the acquired angle profiles, averaging the histogram with respect to a plurality of prior and posterior operations, and making relative frequencies; a step for calculating, through the histogram intersection method, the similarity between the histogram of the angle profiles, which has been made as the relative frequencies and that of initial operation angle profiles; a step for plotting the calculated similarity of the angle profiles on a two-dimensional plane which adopts the similarity of opening operation angle profiles in a horizontal axis and the similarity of closing operation angle profiles in a vertical axis; and a step for clustering the plotted data of the similarities of angle profiles, the plotted data being generated by repeating, a plurality of times, the step of plotting.

Abstract
A diagnosis method is provided for appropriately predicting a state change of a valve with a simple configuration. The valve diagnosis method comprises: calculating a value of a first rate of change, with respect to a predetermined damage index during reference data acquisition, of the predetermined damage index during diagnosis; calculating a value of a second rate of change, with respect to a root mean square value calculated from a difference between predicted waveform data of vibration during reference data acquisition and vibration data serving as reference, of a root mean square value calculated from a difference between predicted waveform data of vibration during diagnosis and vibration data during diagnosis; in a plane, arranging a plot of a diagnostic result based on a value of the first rate of change being calculated and a value of the second rate of change being calculated; and determining a state of a valve to be diagnosed based on a value of the first rate of change being calculated, a value of the second rate of change being calculated, and an arrangement position on the plane of a plot of the diagnostic result.

Abstract
The present invention provides a diagnosis method for properly predicting a valve state change using a simple configuration. A valve diagnosis method according to the present invention includes: a step for calculating the value of a first rate of change from a prescribed damage index during reference data acquisition to the prescribed damage index during diagnosis; a step for calculating a second rate of change from the mean square calculated from the differences between predicted waveform data for oscillation during reference data acquisition and oscillation data serving as a reference to the mean square calculated from the differences between predicted waveform data for oscillation during diagnosis and oscillation data during diagnosis; a step for placing a plot of the diagnosis results on a plane on the basis of the calculated value of the first rate of change and the calculated value of the second rate of change; and a step for determining the state of a valve to be diagnosed on the basis of the calculated value of the first rate of change, the calculated value of the second rate of change, and the placement position on the plane of the plot of the diagnosis results.
