Abstract
A film clamping and cutting device of stretch wrapping machines is revealed. A film clamping and cutting unit and a drag set used as an auxiliary are disposed on a turntable. The drag set includes a rotatable block which is connected to an assembly wheel of the film clamping and cutting unit. The rotatable block is connected to a shaft clipped in a clip space formed between a drag plate and a clip. An elastic body is assembled between the drag plate and the clip. By way of the drag plate, the clip and the elastic body, the shaft connected to the rotatable block is not released from the clip space until a film clamping and cutting rod and a clamp reach certain positions. Thus a connection rod disposed on the rotatable block drives the clamp to clip film timely so as to clamp and cut the film precisely.

Abstract
A film clamping and cutting device of a film wrapping machine is revealed. A connecting plate of a film clamping and cutting unit is located by a braking part. Moreover, by moment of a rotating machinery before stopping, a film clamping and cutting unit main body assembled on the rotating machinery is driven to continue moving. Under the movement of the unit main body, a pulling force is generated by a pull cord arranged between the connecting plate and a vertical-wheel of the unit main body. The pulling force rotates the vertical-wheel so that both a film clamping and cutting rod assembled with the vertical-wheel and a clamp fall toward a blade block to clamp and cut off a film. The film is also pulled and cut by an elastic recovery force of the film clamping and cutting rod. Therefore automatic film clamping and cutting is carried out.

Abstract
A tape applying device includes a plate, front and rear swinging arms pivoted on the plate, a pressing wheel pivoted on each of the swinging arms to make an adhesive tape stick on a box, a connecting rod pivoted to both the front and the rear swing arms, a cutting mechanism interposed between the front and the rear swinging arms to sever the adhesive tape, a first restoring extension spring joined to the connecting rod, and a second restoring extension spring joined to the rear swinging arm; the front swinging arm is co-movable with the rear swinging arm and the connecting rod, and it has no extension spring directly connected thereto therefore the front pressing wheel won't produce such a reacting force as to cause a box to cave in when the box is moved rapidly onto the front pressing wheel for the adhesive tape to stick thereon.
