Abstract

To provide an anti-rust composition having all of coatability, handleability of a film to be formed, and long-term rust resistance under severe conditions. Furthermore, it is an object to provide an anti-rust composition having all of coatability, handleability of a film to be formed, and long-term rust resistance under severe conditions, and containing a reduced amount of volatile organic solvent used. As a solution, an anti-rust composition containing a polybutene-based polymer, a wax having a melting point of 35° C. or higher, and a polyaniline-based polymer is provided.

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rust preventive composition which has all of good coatability, handling properties of a film formed therefrom, and long-term rust preventive properties under harsh conditions. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a rust preventive composition which is reduced in the amount of a volatile organic solvent used therefor, while having all of good coatability, handling properties of a film formed therefrom, and long-term rust preventive properties under harsh conditions. The present invention provides, as a means for solving the problems, a rust preventive composition which contains a polybutene polymer, a wax that has a melting point of 35°C or higher, and a polyaniline polymer.

Abstract

A laminate includes a layer containing a polyaniline-based polymer and a phenoxy-based resin, and a layer containing zinc and/or a zinc alloy, a laminate includes, in sequence, a layer containing a polyaniline-based polymer and a phenoxy-based resin, a layer containing zinc and/or a zinc alloy, and an aluminum or aluminum alloy layer. A rust prevention method includes forming a layer containing a polyaniline-based polymer and a phenoxy-based resin on a layer containing zinc and/or a zinc alloy or on a layer containing zinc and/or a zinc alloy disposed on an aluminum or aluminum alloy layer. Abstract
