Abstract

[Problem] To provide a crane device that automatically performs appropriate safety processing and is easy to use. [Solution] A control program implemented by a controller of this crane device acquires a lifting height L2 measured by a sensor and a feed length L1 that is the distance from a boom tip section to a suspended load (S12). The control program calculates a suspended load height H that is the distance from a monitored surface to the suspended load on the basis of the lifting height L2 and the feed length L1 (S13). The control program sets an assessment region on the basis of the lifting height L2 and the suspended load height H (S14). The control program generates assessment image data for assessing whether a person is visible on the basis of the set assessment region and monitoring image data. If the control program has acquired determination results indicating that a person is visible in an assessment image data represented by the assessment image data (Yes in S18 and S19), the control program stops driving of a winch or the like (S23).

Abstract

Provided is a controller with high versatility that can automatically store or raise a boom and can be commonly used for various boom devices. The controller generates a function based on a length of a boom and a distance from a derrick fulcrum of the boom to an engaging member stored in a memory, and a depression angle of the engaging member with respect to the fulcrum. Then, the controller substitutes a derrick angle of the boom detected by a derrick angle sensor into the generated function to calculate a displacement distance from a distal end of the boom to the engaging member. The controller rotates a winch while raising and lowering the boom between a lowered position and a raised position such that the calculated displacement distance is a distance corresponding to an unwinding length of a wire detected by a length sensor.

Abstract

[Problem] To provide a controller making it possible to prevent the occurrence of irregular winding and damage to a latch fitting in automatic deployment and automatic stowing of a boom. [Solution] This controller uses the length L of a boom, an A and B (first designated values) indicating coordinates of a latch fitting, and a length K (second designated value) that is the sum of the length of a hook block and the length of a latch fitting as well as a derricking angle θ of the boom to generate a theoretical wire feed length X1(θ) at an orientation where the hook block is hoisted up and a theoretical wire feed length X2(θ) at an orientation where the hook block is put down (S14). After the wire is wound up and stretched, the controller feeds out wire commensurate with a target value that is the mean value of X1(θ) and X2(θ) (S19), and brings the hook block to an intermediate orientation between the hoisted-up orientation and the put-down orientation. The controller derricks the boom and drives a winch so as to maintain the intermediate orientation.

Abstract

[Problem] To provide a crane device with which it is possible to automatically identify the number of times a wire is to be wrapped before crane work. [Solution] This controller lowers a boom through a first predetermined angle (S21 to S24). The wire slackens by a length corresponding to the first predetermined angle. The amount of wire slack depends on the number of times the wire is wrapped. This controller winds up the slack wire and acquires the total number of output pulses, which indicates the length of the wire wound up. A memory stores in advance a correspondence table in which the total number of output pulses and the number of times the wire is wrapped have been associated. The controller identifies, as the current number of times the wire is wrapped, the number of times the wire is wrapped associated with the acquired total number of output pulses, and causes the memory to store the identified number of times the wire is wrapped.
