Abstract
The object of the invention is a method and a device for making a pipe T-branch by connecting the shaped end of a branch pipe with internal welding to the edges of a hole in a main pipe. The hole in the main pipe (T) and the arcs corresponding to the main pipe at the end of the branch pipe (P) are cut mechanically by removing one solid part from the hole and two (22) solid parts from the end of the branch pipe in a dry mechanical process, wherein the cleanliness of the joint areas remains suitable for welding. The shaped end of the branch pipe (P) is placed around the hole in the main pipe and the joint seam (21) between the pipes is welded by internal welding without the use of a welding filler. A suitable branching hole is made by punching tangentially from the side of the main pipe such that the tangent of the pipe, which is parallel to the direction of movement of the punch tool, is located inside the punch tool (1).

Abstract
A method and device for perforating a pipe wall. In the method, the pipe is moved in its longitudinal direction to a punching position comprising a cutting punch (2) and a three-part die (3, 5, 8) inside the pipe. The die (3, 5, 8) is expanded in the direction of movement of the cutting punch by means of the wedge surfaces (8a, 8b) of a wedge (8) between the die parts (3, 5) by moving the wedge (8) in a first direction of transfer towards the free end of the die. The cutting punch (2) is used to punch a hole in the pipe wall, which is supported by an expanded die (3, 5, 8) during punching, whereupon the piece punched off from the pipe falls into the hole (16) of the upper die part (3), The die is contracted by moving the wedge (8) in a second direction of transfer by a first transfer distance. The die parts (3, 5) then turn in an articulated manner towards each other and out of contact with the inner surface of the pipe. The perforated pipe is moved away from the punching position in its longitudinal direction and the pipe is moved to a position for finishing the rims of the hole. The lower die part (5) and the wedge (8) are further moved together in a second direction of transfer by a second transfer distance, whereupon the base of the hole (16) opens and the piece punched off from the pipe falls through the hole (16).

Abstract
A device for welding pipe branches and extensions from inside the main pipe. The device includes a frame, a frame cylinder, an elongated electrode shaft having a longitudinal central axis, a rotator disc through which the electrode shaft is able to slide axially, an end of shaft electrode holder, an electrode fastened to the holder, a welding jig with: a fastening element; a rotating element, which combines the rotational axis of the welding jig with the central axis of the electrode shaft; a main pipe support bracket; and an adapter piece which guides the shielding gas channel, into the main pipe and into the pipe branch or extension to be welded. The rotator disc is equipped with a locking device to immovably lock the electrode shaft in relation to the rotator disc.

Abstract
The invention relates to a method and apparatus for shape cutting a pipe end. An arched cutter (4) of a punching tool (3, 4) is inserted into an end of a pipe (1) for penetrating the same into a wall of the pipe (1) in a plane of the arched cutter. Then, the punching tool is displaced in a direction perpendicular to a center axis (C) of the pipe (1), whereby the arched cutter (4), while moving outwards from inside the pipe, shears off a piece that matches its shape. The punching tool (3, 4) is withdrawn out of a pipe end, the punching tool is rotated 180°, it is re-inserted into the pipe end and the punching tool (3, 4) is displaced in a direction which is perpendicular to the pipe center axis (C) and opposite to the previous displacement direction, thus enabling the shearing off the pipe end a second piece matching the shape of the arched cutter (4).

Abstract
The invention relates to a pipe cutting apparatus, comprising a tubular or box-like frame (1), a pipe clamp (9) inside the frame for immobilizing a pipe (P) to be cut, an annular blade carrier (3) rotatably bearing-mounted on the frame and provided with a central opening for the pipe to pass through, one or more blade arms (4) in attachment with the annular blade carrier (3) for movement mainly in a radial direction or in a slightly off-radial direction, a cutting blade (5) mounted on the blade arm (4), and means for actuating the blade arm (4) to enable feeding the cutting blade (5), rotating outside the pipe, towards the pipe for cutting the same by shearing. The means for ac-tuating the blade arm (4) include a spiral groove disc (6) rotatably bearing-mounted alongside the annular blade carrier (3), featuring a spiral groove (7) and a transition fin (8) extending from the blade arm (4) to the spiral groove (7), as well as elements (11, 12) for rotating the annular blade carrier (3) and the spiral groove disc (6) at a desired rotation speed ratio relative to each other.
