Abstract

A conductive component structure of wire connection terminal is manufactured at lower cost and more securely assembled with the conductive wire. The conductive component includes a main body in the form of a plate body and a restriction body connected on the main body. The restriction body defines a mouth section and has an oblique wall connected with the mouth section. When the conductive wire is plugged into the case into contact with the conductive component, the restriction body guides the conductive wire and the rear end of the conductive wire is restricted and secured by the oblique wall. The conductive component improves the shortcomings of the conventional structure that the conductive wire is apt to deflect or swing due to external force to lead to unstable contact and insecurity and affect the electro-conductive efficiency.

Abstract

A locking/unlocking structure of switch device includes a main body and an operation button. The main body is formed with a first stop section and a second stop section. The main body defines a chamber, in which a reaction drum and a wire connection module are assembled. A first elastic unit is disposed between the reaction drum and the main body for making the reaction drum positioned in an initial assembling position, (where the wire connection module is in a closed-circuit state). The reaction drum is assembled with a restriction unit and a second elastic unit. When the reaction drum moves in response to the motion of the operation button, the second elastic unit will force the restriction unit to move from the first stop section to the second stop section so as to control the wire connection module into an open-circuit state.

Abstract

A wire connection terminal structure includes a terminal main body and a stopper member. One end of the terminal main body is formed with a connection section. Two support legs extend from the connection section for securely connecting with a preset circuit board. The connection section defines a socket. An elastic abutment plate obliquely extends from the connection section between the two support legs. A locating section is disposed at one end of each support leg. The stopper member is securely connected to the support legs via the locating sections. A stop face is formed on one side of one end of the stopper member proximal to the connection section and positioned in the moving path of the elastic abutment plate when elastically deformed. After the elastic abutment plate is forced, the deformation amount of the elastic abutment plate is restricted by the stop face.

Abstract

An electrical connection terminal structure includes: a main body defining a chamber; a metal leaf spring disposed in the chamber, the metal leaf spring being movable with the motion of a shift member to press a conductive wire into electrical connection or release the conductive wire; and an elastic unit mounted in the chamber. When the metal leaf spring is released from the pressing of the shift member to release the conductive wire from the pressing, the elastic unit normally makes the metal leaf spring and the shift member move toward a position where the conductive wire is released. This improves the shortcoming of the conventional electrical connection terminal that when released, the metal leaf spring is apt to interfere with the conductive wire and make it hard to extract the conductive wire out of the main body.

Abstract

A switch device structure includes at least one contact seat having a first end wall, a second end wall, two sidewalls, an upper section and a bottom section to together define a cavity for arranging a contact assembly. Each of the first and second end walls of the contact seat has a protruding assembling section and an oblique socket directed to the assembling section. The switch device structure includes a contact support equipped with a fixing board. The contact support is formed with latch sections detachably latched with the assembling sections. An operator can use a tool to directly pass through the oblique socket to unlatch the latch section from the assembling section to quickly install/uninstall the contact seat and the contact support. This solves the problem of the conventional switch device that it is troublesome and time-consuming to install/uninstall the contact seat and the contact support.

Abstract

A conducting wire terminal seat comprises a main body which includes a first body and a second body. The first and second bodies respectively have a chamber for allowing an entry of high and low current (or voltage) conducting wires which is then electrically connected to metal units in respective chambers. A height (or length) of the first body is larger than a height (or length) of the second body, so that a distance from the first body to an operating area is smaller than a distance from the second body to the operating area. Therefore, the operator operates the loading and unloading operation of the high and low current conducting wires under a safer circumstance.

Abstract

A rail-type grounding terminal structure composed of a metal grounding member and an insulating housing. The grounding member has better operation elasticity and can be easily tightly connected with a grounding rail. The grounding member includes a metal insertion leg mountable on a leaf spring mount, a bow section connected with the metal insertion leg and a first end and a second end respectively outward extending from the bow section and latched on a grounding rail. The metal insertion leg has a slightly outward deflected head end and a neck wall formed thereunder. When the metal insertion leg is mounted on the leaf spring mount, the leaf spring mount exerts a reaction force to urge the grounding member to tightly attach to lower side of the housing. Therefore, a gap is defined between the grounding member and the housing for a serviceman to separate the grounding member from the rail or connect the grounding member with the rail.
