Abstract

A tandem axle assembly includes a first slipper spring and a second slipper spring. The two slipper springs are configured or oriented in series with the slipper ends of the two slipper springs oriented toward each other. A keeper for a tandem axle suspension assembly is also disclosed.

Abstract

A shock absorber mounting assembly is provided for a trailer incorporating a leaf spring suspension. That mounting assembly includes a first shock absorber mounting bracket secured to a frame of the trailer and a second shock absorber mounting bracket secured to an axle of the trailer. The second shock absorber mounting bracket includes of tie plate, an elongated shock absorber mounting lug extending from the tie plate and an adjustable suspension alignment feature.
