Provided are a method for preparing a nano-immune activator, and an article and use thereof. The method includes the following steps: acquiring SF and SS; mixing the SF and the SS according to a set mass ratio, and dissolving in double-distilled water to obtain a water phase; injecting the water phase into an acetone solution as an organic phase to obtain a mixed system; subjecting the mixed system to ultrasonic treatment, and stirring until acetone is completely volatilized; conducting centrifugal treatment, and discarding the supernatant; re-adding double-distilled water into a precipitate, carrying out centrifugal treatment, and collecting the supernatant, and repeating the process for many times; subjecting the obtained supernatant to centrifugal treatment; re-adding double-distilled water into the obtained precipitate, and washing for many times to obtain an SF/SS blending complex; dispersing the SF/SS blending complex in a double-distilled water solution containing trehalose; and freeze-drying the mixed solution.
The present invention relates to vincamine derivatives, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The disclosed vincamine derivatives have the following advantages: (i) modification of the tail chain increases the lipid solubility of a vincamine compound without affecting the cerebral blood flow regulation of vincamine itself, which helps a carried drug to penetrate the blood-brain barrier and exert a brain protective effect, improving brain microcirculation disorders; (ii) the tertiary amine group in the parent nucleus structure of the vincamine derivatives has the property of being ionizable under acidic conditions, which can achieve efficient carrying and lysosomal escape of nucleic acid drugs by means of charge adsorption, thereby improving intracellular transport; and (iii) the vincamine derivatives inherit the various pharmacological activities inherent in vincamine and have a high degree of safety. The disclosed vincamine derivatives have good application prospects in brain-targeted delivery of drugs for treating brain diseases.

SUPER-RESOLUTION IMAGE RECONSTRUCTION METHOD BASED ON DEEP CONVOLUTIONAL SPARSE CODING
An SR image reconstruction method based on deep convolutional sparse coding (DCSC) is provided. The method includes: embedding a multi-layer learned iterative soft thresholding algorithm (ML-LISTA) of a multi-layer convolutional sparse coding (ML-CSC) model into a deep convolutional neural network (DCNN), adaptively updating all parameters of the ML-LISTA with a learning ability of the DCNN, and constructing an SR multi-layer convolutional sparse coding (SRMCSC) network which is an interpretable end-to-end supervised neural network for SR image reconstruction; and introducing residual learning, extracting a residual feature with the ML-LISTA, and reconstructing a high-resolution (HR) image in combination with the residual feature and an input image, thereby accelerating a training speed and a convergence speed of the SRMCSC network. The SRMCSC network provided by the present disclosure has the compact structure and the desirable interpretability, and can generate visually attractive results to offer a practical solution for the SR reconstruction.

The low-altitude air route and road integrated management platform comprises a cloud database, a center management platform and a terminal user, wherein the center management platform generates path planning information and sends the path planning information to the terminal user; the terminal user controls, according to the path planning information, a corresponding terminal device to move along a planned path; the terminal user acquires motion trajectory state information, uploads the motion trajectory state information to the cloud database and updates the cloud database in real time; and the center management platform generates path planning correction information according to the updated cloud database and downloads the path planning correction information to the terminal user to control the real-time motion state of the terminal device.
Provided is an application of the tomato hydroxyproline-rich systemin precursor protein gene SlHypSys in improving the resistance of plants to Verticillium wilt. By means of cloning the tomato hydroxyproline-rich phylogenetic precursor protein gene, SlHypSys, and using molecular biology methods to construct a plant expression vector for constitutive expression of SlHypSys, then using genetic engineering methods to introduce the SlHypSys gene into a plant, transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana, tobacco, and cotton strains having normal transcriptional expression are obtained; the disease indices of all of the obtained transgenic plants are significantly lower than those of the wild-type control, resistance to Verticillium wilt is significantly higher, clearly indicating that the SlHypSys gene can be used for improving the resistance of plants to Verticillium wilt.
