A method and cleaning device for removing deposits from interiors of receptacles and installations by way of explosion technology. The cleaning device includes a cleaning apparatus with a receiving space, and at least one pressure container that is connected via at least one metering fitting to the cleaning apparatus. The controlled introduction of the at least one gaseous component into the cleaning apparatus is effected according to the principle of the differential pressure between a maximal pressure at the beginning of the introduction and a nominal residual pressure after completion of the introduction. For this, based on a maximal pressure, the nominal residual pressure in the pressure container is ascertained on the basis of the quantity of gaseous component to be introduced, and the introduction of the at least one gaseous component is stopped on reaching the nominal residual pressure, which thereby lies in the overpressure range.

The invention relates to a method and a cleaning device (1, 101) for removing deposits from interiors (54) of containers and systems (51) by means of explosive technology. The cleaning device (1, 101) contains a cleaning appliance (2, 102) having a receiving space (11, 111) and at least one pressure container (21, 21'; 121, 121') connected to the cleaning appliance (2, 102) via at least one metering fitting (18, 18'; 118, 118'). The introduction of the at least one gaseous component into the cleaning appliance (2, 102) is controlled in accordance with the principle of the pressure difference between a maximum pressure at the start of the introduction and a desired residual pressure following completion of the introduction. To this end, the desired residual pressure in the pressure container (21, 21'; 121, 121') is defined on the basis of the quantity of gaseous component to be introduced, starting from the maximum pressure, and the introduction of the at least one gaseous component is stopped when the desired residual pressure is achieved. The desired residual pressure is in this case in the positive pressure range.
The invention relates to a method and a cleaning device (51) for removing deposits in interiors (71) of tanks and systems (70) by means of explosion technology. By means of the cleaning device (51), an explosive, gaseous mixture is provided and caused to explode in order to clean the interior (71). The explosion pressure wave is conducted into the interior (71) via an outlet opening (69) in the cleaning device (51). The explosive mixture or gaseous components thereof are introduced into an accommodating chamber of the cleaning device (51) from pressure vessels (22, 24) at high velocity.
The invention relates to a cleaning device (1) for removing deposits in tanks by means of explosive technology. The device comprises a cleaning lance (2) with a grip-side and a cleaning-side end section (15, 16) to which a flexible tank vessel (14) that forms a receiving chamber can be attached. The invention is characterized in that the protective pipe (12) is arranged so as to be displaceable along the longitudinal axis (L) of the cleaning lance (2) relative to the feed pipe (4) from a first position, in which the tank vessel (14) is shielded with respect to the environment by the protective pipe (12), into a second position, in which the tank vessel (14) emerges from the area shielded by the protective pipe (12).
The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for removing deposits in containers by blasting technology, said apparatus comprising at least one cleaning lance (2) having a handle-side and a cleaning-side end section (3a, 3b). The invention relates to a flexible and foldable thin-walled container (20) which can be inflated by means of an explosive mixture and which comprises a wall (22) having an inlet opening (25), surrounding an interior space (21) for the explosive mixture.
