Abstract

The invention relates to a combination packaging container (1), comprising a cup-shaped inner container (2) and a sleeve-shaped outer part (3). The inner container (2) comprises a container jacket (4) and a bottom (5), wherein the inner container (2) has a container height (9) between an open end (6) and the bottom (5). In the circumferential segment of the container jacket adjacent to the bottom (5), the container jacket (4) has a recess (13) having recess wall segments (14, 15). As viewed in the axial section, the first recess wall segment (14) connected to the bottom (5) extends in the direction of the container height (9) toward the open end (6) and the other recess wall segment (15) extends to the container jacket (4) in a direction perpendicular to the container height (9) in such a way that a stacking shoulder (16) is formed. An accommodating space (10) of the inner container (2) is divided in the direction of the container height (9) by a separating element (18) into accommodating sub-spaces (19, 20) formed on both sides of the separating element (18). The separating element (18) is connected to a partial jacket surface (21) of the first recess wall segment (14) facing the accommodating space (10) in such a way that the separating element can be removed from the partial jacket surface (21) if necessary.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a combi-packing container, according to which method a shell with a substantially straight shell line (3), when viewed in the axial section, is formed from a blank consisting of a fibrous cellulose layer, and a beaker-shaped inner container is subsequently formed in the outer part (2) by means of deep-drawing, the inner container being attached to an inside of the sleeve-shaped outer part (2) in the process. The outer part (2) is spatially deformed, prior to deep-drawing, by means of an expandable core (10) in an outer mould (13) of a moulding tool (1), said expandable core being divided into two or more parts across the circumference, in a radial direction relative to the longitudinal axis (14) and also in a plurality of longitudinal sections (15 to 20) arranged in the direction of the longitudinal axis (14) beyond the shell line (3), which is predominantly straight when viewed in the axial section. Shell lines (21 to 26) are formed in the region of the individual longitudinal sections (15 to 20).

Abstract

The invention relates to a combination packaging container (2, 2'), comprising a cup-shaped inner container (3). Said inner container has a container jacket (17), a bottom (18) and a flange (20) arranged in the region of the open end (19) of the inner container. A partial section of the bottom (18) forms a standing surface (25). The inner container (3) is surrounded by a sleeve-shaped outer part (4). Supporting means (22, 23) are used to stack a plurality of combination packaging containers (2, 2') of the same type in each other. In a transition section (31) between the bottom (18) and the container jacket (17), a circumferentially continuous step (32) that jumps back toward a longitudinal axis (9) in the radial direction and that has a step surface (33) facing the bottom (18) is formed starting from the container jacket (17). The step surface (33) is arranged at a distance in the axial direction from the standing surface (25) formed by the bottom (18). An end region (12) of the sleeve-shaped outer part (4) ends approximately in the region of the step surface (33).

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a combination packaging container (1), wherein a cup-shaped interior container (2) and an exterior part (3) shaped as a casing, and surrounding the interior container (2) at the container casing (8) thereof, are produced separately from each other. A folding edge (19) is configured on the exterior part (3) in the end region (18) facing a base (9) of the interior container (2). Subsequently the interior container (2) and the exterior part (3) are inserted into each other. A wall section (12) is formed in the container casing (8) in a transitional region (11) based from the base (9) and offset toward the interior with respect to the container casing (8) for configuring a circumferential receiving space (13), in which the folded edge (19) is received during insertion. The exterior part (3) is produced comprising an installation height (20) corresponding to at least one distance (21) between a flange (10) of the interior container (2) and a bottom side (22) of the base (9). The invention further relates to an exterior part (3) in the shape of a casing, having a predetermined target separating region.

Abstract

The invention relates to a combination packaging container (1) comprising a cup-shaped folding container (2) made of a pre-cut part (3) of flat material that can be folded and a cup-shaped inner container inserted therein. The pre-cut part (3) of the folding container (2) is formed of individual side wall parts (16 to 19) that form the container wall (13) and are connected in the circumferential direction and bottom parts (21 to 24) that are hinged thereon via folding lines (20). Immediately adjacent bottom parts (21 to 24) of the pre-cut part (3) are exclusively separated from each other by a material separation (25), wherein the material separation (25) ends at folding lines (20) that face each other, and the material of the flat material along the individual folding lines (20) is designed in a continuous way. The folding lines (20) end at the material separation (25) or at an outer edge region (26, 27) of the pre-cut part (3). A cross-sectional shape of the openings in the first end region is hereby different from a cross-sectional shape of at least one bottom in the second end region.
