The pivot assembly is pivotally secured for pivoting in a horizontal plane to a vertical post having positioning wheels at a lower end. An upper end is pivotally secured to outer ends of wing arms comprised of parallelogram members which are pivotally secured to a central base frame, which has a power cylinder to pivot the wing arms in a horizontal plane. A lift tube is mounted to the rake arm and attached to the raking wheels. A hydraulic cylinder is attached to the rake arm and the forward end of the lift tube. As the hydraulic cylinder operates, it pulls the lift tube from the forward end, raising the raking wheels.
