Abstract

A cage freewheel for installation into the clamping gap of a shaft/hub connection, in particular in an e-bike drive, includes an annular cage with, following one another in the circumferential direction, bearing rollers for mounting the hub and the shaft together, and clamping bodies arranged pivotably in the cage. The clamping bodies block a relative movement between the shaft and the hub in a frictionally locking manner in one rotational direction, and allow rotation in the other rotational direction, and are spring-loaded in the coupling direction by an annular spring which extends around the row of the clamping bodies in a slot in the radially outer surface of the clamping bodies. The bearing rollers are arranged in each case in pairs in associated pockets of the cage on both sides of the annular spring. Here, the bearing rollers are received in a positively locking manner in the associated pockets.

Abstract

Abstract

A caliper brake for braking a moving component, including a housing and two brake shoes, which are movable within the housing toward the component to be braked, and a bearing part, which is movable within the housing by an actuator. The brake shoes each have a wedge surface on a side facing away from the component to be braked, by which a braking force acting on the bearing part is transmitted to the brake shoes with deflection and force multiplication. For higher braking forces using a spring-actuated brake, and to reduce the effects of spring travel on the braking force, the bearing part has offset bearing locations against which the wedge surfaces of each brake shoe bear. Abstract

A return stop device with a freewheel having an internal ring, an external ring, and retaining elements arranged in an annular gap therebetween. Abstract

The invention relates to an electromagnetic active brake which is de-energized in the brake standby state, consisting of - a brake body (1), - a brake device with at least two opposing brake shoes (9, 12) which are spaced from a component to be braked in the de-energized state of the active brake, - and an electromagnet (5) which is arranged in the brake body (1) and the armature (6) of which interacts with a brake lever (2). According to the invention, the armature (6) of the electromagnet (5) is rigidly connected to a spring compressor (3) which is guided in the brake body (1) and which is moved by the armature (6) in the axial direction of the armature (6) when the electromagnet (5) is energized and in this manner clamps a spring (16) against an abutment (20) that interacts with the brake lever (2) and is arranged in an axially adjustable manner in the direction of the path of the spring compressor (3). The active brake according to the invention is highly energy-saving and thus economical.

Abstract

A return stop limiting torque, particularly for conveyer systems, including an internal ring, a concentric external ring, and several retaining elements arranged in the annual gap between the rings, which allow a relative rotation between the rings in one direction, and block it in the other direction through form-fitting or frictional engagement. Abstract

A free-wheel cage ring, having two annular flanged disks that extend radially and are connected to each other to form an axial intermediate space and have clamping bodies therebetween pivotally arranged in the cage ring and are biased for coupling by a spring, the clamping bodies perform, due to centrifugal force, a pivoting motion for decoupling against the spring force, and at least two guide surfaces are allocated to each clamping body in its axial extent, that engage opposite end peripheral regions of the clamping body, guide them at least in the peripheral direction, and have a break through which the clamping bodies extend to a radially inner clamping surface. The axial length of the clamping body radially inner clamping surface is equal to the total length of the clamping body. The guide surfaces are each formed integrally by recesses on opposite end faces of the flanged disks.
