Disclosed is a device for preventing the twisting of an accessory. The present invention comprises: a body in which coupling grooves having a predetermined depth are formed on both outer surfaces thereof facing each other, and a rotary coupling groove having a predetermined depth is formed on the central inner surface; a rotary member which has a hemispherical cross-sectional shape mounted on the rotary coupling groove of the body so as to be rotatable, and has a through-hole formed on the central surface; a connection member in which an annular ring connected to an accessory is disposed on one side thereof, and a coupling shaft penetrating the through-hole of the rotary member is formed on the other side thereof; and a stationary member which is interposed between the connection member and the rotary member and comprises a contact part which is in surface-contact with the top surface of the rotary member and a coupling piece formed on the outer circumferential surface of the contact part and inserted into the coupling groove of the body, and which is fixed on the body.
