Abstract
A fitting (20, 40, 220) for sliding doors and windows comprising: a base member (41) configured to be fixated to a door leaf or a window sash that is rectilinearly displaceable in the first displacement direction along a rail (4, 5) fixated along a frame portion. A guiding member (42, 142) is fixated to the base member and displaceable relative to the base member in a second displacement direction, perpendicular to the first displacement direction. The guiding member has at least one guiding element (50, 150) arranged to guidingly engage with the rail. An activation member (43, 243) is connectable with an espagnolette (7) at the door leaf or window sash and configured to bring about the displacement of the base member relative to the guiding member. The activation member is arranged between the base member and the guiding member and displaceable relative to the base member in the first displacement direction. The activation member has at least one activation slot (54) extending at an angle to the first displacement direction and cooperates with an activation tap (57) fixated to the guiding member and received in an elongated hole (49) in the base member, extending in the second displacement direction. In order to bring about displacement of the base member relative to the guiding member in the second displacement direction, the activation member is displaced relative to the base member in the first displacement direction.

Abstract
Handle device for operating doors, windows and the like, comprising a first element (3), which is rotatable about an axis of rotation, a second element (8, 108, 208, 308), and a coupling device which is designed to selectively allow and prevent relative rotation about the axis of rotation between the first and the second element. The coupling device comprises; a first coupling member (15, 115, 215, 315, 515, 615) being connected to the first element; a second coupling member (8, 150, 208, 350) being connected to constituting the second element and at least one engaging member (19, 119, 219, 319, 519) which is displaceable between an engagement position in which it simultaneously engages the first and the second coupling members to thereby prevent relative rotation between the first and second element and a release position in which it is disengaged from at least one of the first and second coupling members to thereby allow relative rotation between the first and second element. A drive member (21, 121, 221, 321, 421, 521, 621) is arranged axially displaceable, concentrically with said axis of rotation, by means of an electrical motor (6, 106, 206, 306, 406, 506) having a rotational output shaft (36, 136, 236, 336, 436, 536, 636). The engaging member and drive member comprise interacting contact surfaces arranged, during axial displacement of the drive member, to displace the engagement member from the release position to the engagement position. The drive member exhibits an interior recess (27, 127, 227, 327, 427, 527). A portion (36, 136, 236, 336, 436a, 536, 636) of the output shaft extends axially through the recess. A helical coil spring (38, 138, 238, 338, 538, 638) is arranged in the recess, concentrically about the output shaft, limitedly axially displaceable relative to the drive member and the output shaft and prevented from free rotation relative to the drive member or the output shaft. The output shaft or the drive member is provided with a radially extending spring engagement member (37, 137, 237, 337, 537, 637) which is arranged to engage the helical coil spring for axial displacement of the drive member relative to the output shaft upon rotation of the output shaft.

Abstract
A sensor node (5) for a window or door, for enabling remote monitoring of the window or door, is herein presented. An indicator unit (3) arranged to wirelessly communicate with the sensor node (5) is also presented. The sensor node comprises a sensor arranged to detect whether the window or door is in a locked position and to generate a signal which comprises lock status data relating to the lock status of the window or door, and a transmitter arranged to wirelessly send lock status data and sensor node identification data to one or more indicator units (3). The transmitter is in a first state arranged to send lock status data and sensor node identification data to indicator units which are not paired with the sensor node, and is in a second state arranged to wirelessly send lock status data and sensor node identification data only to an indicator unit (3) which is paired with the sensor node (5). The sensor node (5) further has a receiver unit for being able to receive instructions from indicator units (3). The indicator unit (3) is arranged to, via a wireless receiver unit, receive lock status data and sensor node identification data from a plurality of sensor nodes (5) and to, via a wireless transmitter, send a first instruction to a sensor node (5) to set the sensor node in its second position. A system (1) for wireless remote monitoring of the lock status of windows and/or doors is further presented.

Abstract
Handle device for doors, windows etc, comprising a first rotatable element (1), and a second element (3), and a coupling device. The coupling device comprises an axially movable activating member (30), and at least one engaging member (51, 52) which can be radially moved between release- and engagement positions. In release position, the first and second (1, 3) elements are mutually rotatable. In engagement position, rotation is prevented. An electric motor (21) moves the activating member (30). It has an output shaft (22) rotatable in two opposite directions and a threaded shaft portion (25) with a first thread. The activating member (30) has a thread engagement portion (34) having a second thread corresponding to the first thread of the shaft (22). First and second spring members (41, 42) press the thread engagement portion (34) towards the threaded shaft portion of the shaft, when the first and second threads are disengaged by rotation of the shaft (22).

Abstract
The invention relates to a cylinder lock a cylinder housing (2), a cylinder core (4) with a key way (5) and at least one blocking bar (6, 7), which blocking bar is arranged in a space between the cylinder core and the cylinder housing The cylinder lock comprises a plurality of code pins adapted to cooperate with the blocking bar and arranged to be lifted to code levels by side grooves of a key (8) when the key is inserted into the key way (5). The code pins (16, 17) presents, in at least one code level, a portion (31-34) that prevents movement of the blocking bar (6, 7) out of engagement with the cylinder housing so that the cylinder core (2) is prevented from rotating in relation to the cylinder housing (4) and at least one code level having an open portion (35, 36) that allow movement of the blocking bar (6, 7) out of engagement with the cylinder housing (2) so that the cylinder core (2) is allowed to rotate in relation to the cylinder housing. At least one of the code pins (17) also presents a recoding level having a portion (37, 38) adapted to in cooperation with the blocking bar (6, 7) change the code pin so that the cylinder lock is re-coded. The invention also relates to keys for the cylinder lock.
